Beef Mechado

1 1/2 kg (3.3 lbs) Beef chunks
1/8 kg pork fats
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1/4 cup calamansi/lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 pcs medium Potatoes
1 large carrot
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium green bell pepper
(2) 220g tomato Sauce
2 beef cubes
Anato oil
4-5pcs red chilli
Salt & pepper to taste
