Pork Estofado

1 kg Pork
5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp Vinegar
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp crushed pepper corn
4 Tbsp oil
2 Banana, cut it into slices
1 medium carrots
2 pcs star anis
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups pork / beef broth
